My Interview with Michelle Haynes-Phillips of TaMuchly

I’m honoured to be the featured guest on the TaMuchly Blog, this month, curated by the fabulous Michelle Haynes-Phillips. Join Michelle and me as we dive into some interesting topics in this series of interview style blog posts she’s calling the Travel Journal. It’s your chance to listen in as I share a few things I haven’t talked about in much detail, before today. Topics we touch on include my transition from big city girl to a life in the country; my artistic process; my dream home; and more.

I invite you to pour yourself a hot beverage, settle into your favourite chair and join us for a little Q & A.

In addition to hosting her own blog, Michelle is a talented designer creating uniquely beautiful and insanely intricate paper flowers and map art under the name TaMuchly. Her studio is located in SE Calgary, AB, which makes her a prairie girl, as well.

Write Out Loud at the Lyric

May 16, 2018 Swift Current, SK

Join me for an evening of literary entertainment at this special event hosted by the historic Lyric Theatre.

I’m honored to be taking the stage to talk about my love of the written word and how I’ve crafted a new form of storytelling with Tin Rooster Farm Notes.

Headlining this evening will be Connie Gault, Canadian novelist, playwrite and short story writer. She will be reading from her novel, A Beauty, which was a longlisted nominee for the 2015 Scotiabank Giller Prize.
