All products ship in 1 – 3 days after payment has been received in full.
The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the colour variations between computer monitors.
Only materials of the highest quality have been used to ensure the long term beauty and to protect your investment. For a maximum life, artwork should either be framed with archival quality mats and framed under glass, under UV filter or placed in an acid free album.
Please use my size chart to prevent errors in ordering. In most instances, both an image size and a paper size will be provided.
If you have a special project you’d like me to create for you, please contact me for a quote. Custom orders can have a lengthier processing time depending on the scope of the project.
Items will be shipped as quickly as possible only after payment has been confirmed and received in full. Carolynn Anctil Design reserves the right to cancel an order and relist the item, if payment has not been received in full after 3 days.
Shipments are sent via Canadian First Class Post. Please allow 7 – 10 days for delivery, however, once a parcel leaves, it is quite literally out of my hands, so make allowances for unexpected delays.
Customs fees/taxes and shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please make sure the Shipping Address is correct. I cannot be responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided.
I do my best to apply fair shipping & packaging costs to each order. I charge a low, flat shipping rate to be fair to all customers.

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives damaged.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Tin Rooster Farm Notes Subscriptions: I’m hoping that this will be a rich experience for you, however, if you decide you no longer wish to continue with your subscription, I will refund your fee, less the cost of any mailings sent, plus postage (approximately $15 + $1.25/month. December mailings will be charged out at an additional $48, plus applicable taxes and shipping). Cancellation requests must be sent to me before the first of the month to avoid an additional month’s billing. Contact me.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, i will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact me.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
